Children in receipt of Government funded hours are charged the standard hourly rate for hours over and above those funded according to the number of additional hours, per the table above.
The daily food charge includes breakfast, all snacks, lunch, and tea – whichever meals your child is in the setting to have. You still have the option to bring a packed lunch and not pay the daily food charge, but, following guidance from the DfE and Local Authority, we have a robust packed lunch policy to ensure it a) provides the necessary nutritional requirements, b) limits foods considered unhealthy, and c) does not include known serious allergens to meet our setting requirements.
The following additional points apply.
- Funded hours are available at all times subject to government maximum of 10hrs per day.
- Lunches are not chargeable for under 2’s.
- Snacks, drinks and tea are currently inclusive.
- Nappies for those under 36 months are included in fees/funding. Please provide nappies for your 3 year olds.
- Additional services, e.g. Kixx, yoga, music bugs etc. delivered by outside service providers are currently inclusive.
- Bank holidays are not charged, nor allocated funded hours.
- Holidays are charged at 50% where booked 2 weeks in advance.
- Where there are 2 or more siblings, all bar the youngest receives a 10% discount.
- Invoices will continue to be generated for a calendar month and will include part weeks.
Siblings - 2nd and subsequent child - 10% reduction.
